Consultation

Initial consultations are complimentary and carry no fee.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel any service engagement within three (3) business days of signing your Client Agreement and receive a full refund of any fees paid, provided substantive work has not yet been performed.

Refunds After Work Has Begun

Once work has commenced, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Where work is in progress, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of services, at our reasonable discretion.

How to Request

Email support@aureliaflexgroup.com with your name, the service in question, and the reason for the request. We respond within five (5) business days.

Results Disclaimer

Refunds are not provided based on outcomes. Results vary by client, and we do not guarantee any specific result, score change, or item removal.
