Client Agreement & Disclosure

1. Scope of Services

Aurelia Flex Group provides credit education, credit analysis, dispute document preparation, monthly credit support, business credit and funding-readiness assistance, and notary services as specifically described in your signed Client Agreement. Any work outside that scope requires a separate written agreement.

2. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Aurelia Flex Group is not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed financial advisor. Information and documents we provide are educational and supportive in nature and should not be relied upon as legal, tax, or financial advice. For such advice, consult a qualified professional.

3. Results Vary

Results vary by client. We do not guarantee any specific credit score change, the removal of any item from a credit report, or any particular funding outcome. Negative items on a credit report are not guaranteed to be removed.

4. Your Consumer Rights

• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports directly with credit bureaus and creditors at no cost.
• You have the right to a free copy of your credit reports annually from each major bureau.
• You have the right to cancel any service engagement within three (3) business days of signing your Client Agreement.
• You have the right to receive a copy of all documents prepared on your behalf.

5. Written Consent

We require your written consent before reviewing your credit information or preparing any documents on your behalf. Consent may be revoked in writing at any time.

6. Confidentiality

All information you provide is held in confidence and used solely to deliver the services in your signed Client Agreement.

7. Fees

Fees are disclosed in your signed Client Agreement before any work begins. We do not charge for initial consultations.

8. Acknowledgment

By engaging Aurelia Flex Group, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures and that no guarantees have been made regarding outcomes.
